1. DELIVERY IN SOUTH AFRICA:

  • During sale periods delivery may take up to 5-7 working days*
  • Delivery is Free for orders over R650 and will be effected by the courier service nominated by S.P.C.C.
  • You will receive your Despatch Confirmation Email once your Item/s has been despatched from our warehouse.
  • Your order may be delivered anytime between 08h00 and 17h00 and a signature (from you or a responsible third person) will be required as proof of delivery.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, and you have not agreed to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will be contacted by the courier service to arrange for a second delivery attempt.
  • We recommend that you nominate your usual daytime address (home, work or other) as your delivery address. If you do not have a regular daytime address and you are willing to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you may nominate their usual daytime address for delivery of your Item/s. Please note that P.O. boxes will not be accepted.
  • Please note that in certain areas deemed as high risk by our couriers, you might be contacted to make alternative arrangements for delivery to ensure the safe handover of your purchase.
  • Please take note of the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, as accepted by you, relating to Delivery.

SOUTH AFRICA: RETURNS POLICY.


A. RETURNING ITEM/S THAT ARE NOT FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

  • If you inspect the Item/s at the time of delivery by the courier, and are immediately unhappy with the Item/s for any reason other than the fault of S.P.C.C you may hand the parcel back to the courier for return to us. In such a case you must hand all the original packaging back to the courier, and you will still need to complete the electronic returns process on the Site in order to be refunded.
  • If you do not inspect the Item/s at the time of delivery but thereafter become unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than the Item/s being faulty, damaged or defective), you may return the Item/s to us provided that:
  • You notify us of your wish to return the Item/s within 28 days of the date of delivery thereof;
  • The Item/s is in its original condition and is returned in or with its original packaging;
  • The Item/s has not been used or worn; and
  • If the Item/s is/are underwear, swimwear or “specially marked items” then the Item/s must have remained in the original packaging (this protects the hygiene interests of all our customers as non-defective Items are returned to stock).
  • If you wish to return an Item/s to us you will need to contact support@spccbrand.com. Once the terms of that process are complete, our courier service will be instructed to collect the Item/s from the address nominated by you.
  • If you return an Item/s to us and we are satisfied that the above has been complied with, we will gladly refund you the price of the Item/s less the cost incurred by us in delivering it to you [R75 flat rate]. On request, our Customer Care Centre can advise you of the delivery charge that will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
  • Please ensure you have access to your invoice online (on your profile) when returning your items to stores.
  • You will not receive a printed invoice in your parcel. Please ensure you have registered your profile to access your order history. When visiting the store please print your invoice or show the store manager your phone with your order/invoice information. Without this information they will not be able to process the return
  • From time to time, S.P.C.C may offer FREE RETURNS, where by there will be no Fees to return an item/s.
  • There are No Returns on SALE items

B. RETURNING ITEM/S THAT ARE FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

  • If you inspect the Item/s at the time of delivery by the courier, and are immediately unhappy with the Item/s for a reason that is the fault of S.P.C.C, such as the unlikely error of an incorrect Item or size having been delivered, or the Item/s is/are damaged you may hand the parcel back to the courier for return to us. In such a case you must hand all the original packaging back to the courier, and you will still need to complete the electronic returns process on the Site in order to begin the Returns process and ultimately be refunded.
  • If you do not inspect the Item/s at the time of delivery but thereafter discover that the Item/s is/are faulty, damaged or defective, or if, after wearing or using the Item/s you discover that it/they are defective or unsuitable for the generally intended, you may return the Item/s to us provided that you follow the electronic returns process on the Site.
  • You notify us of your wish to return the faulty Item/s within 7 days of the date of delivery thereof;
  • You will be required to contact support@spccbrand.com in regard to the return, and we will instruct our courier service to collect the Item/s from you at the address nominated for collection.
  • On receipt of the returned Item/s, we will conduct an inspection and will then process the refund unless:
  • The Item/s is/are found not to be defective, but to have been subject to usual wear and tear/deterioration in the normal course of using/wearing the Item/s;
  • You have used the Item/s in a manner that is not reasonably expected, or have subjected the Item to irregular or damaging conditions;
  • You have altered or attempted to alter the Item/s;
  • You have not followed the care instructions attached to the Item/s or reasonably expected in regard to the particular Item/s; or
  • The apparent fault relates to a slight variation in appearance, which does not materially differ from the appearance of the Item/s on the Site.
  • If we are satisfied that the Item/s is defective, damaged or faulty and does not fall into any of the categories outlined above, then you will be entitled to a full refund, or the replacement or repair of the Item/s, at your election, but subject to our right to offer only the full refund if for any reason we are unable to replace or repair the Item/s. In such circumstances S.P.C.C will bear all costs of returning the Item/s, repairing the Item/s, or delivering a replacement Item/s to you.
  • If we are not satisfied that the Item/s is defective, damaged or faulty for the reasons outlined above, then you will not be entitled to a refund or a replacement or repair of the Item/s. In such a case, you will be required to pay the costs of returning the Item/s back to you, or you may collect the Item/s directly from us. If you wish to have the Item/s returned to you, you will need to make payment of the standard courier charge levied by our nominated courier before the Item/s is despatched to your delivery address.

Can I exchange an item?

  • If you have changed your mind or would prefer an alternative size, colour or item you will be required to place a new order while we process your return in terms of section A above
  • In the event, an item is being returned due it being defective and a replacement item is required, a new item will be sent free of charge once the defective item has been received and examined (see section B above).
  • All returns will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of the returned Item/s and you will be contacted by our Customer Care Centre in regard to your return and/or refund within this time period.

I did not order this item?

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you did not order, please do not remove the item from the original packaging and notify us at support@spccbrand.com, so that we can make the relevant arrangements to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please note, in this situation, S.P.C.C will cover all costs of return.

My order has not arrived on time?

  • If for any reason the items you have purchased are not delivered within the expected delivery period please contact us via email at support@spccbrand.com so that we can make the relevant arrangements to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

The item I want is sold out or not available?

  • Should an item you would like to order be sold out or temporarily unavailable, please contact us via email at support@spccbrand.com so that we can attempt to acquire additional stock or an alternative Item/s as soon as possible. The S.P.C.C team will notify you of any alternatives as well as the possible time delay of receiving new stock of the originally desired Item/s.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Please note that although we do not generally ship Internationally, you may contact support@spccbrand.com to request an International shipping quotation.

  • Average delivery time is 14-21 working days*
  • Delivery is charged by weight per Order and will be effected by the courier service nominated by S.P.C.C.
  • You will receive your Despatch Confirmation Email once your Item/s has been despatched from our warehouse.
